No, unfortunately you cannot just drop by. We would be happy to schedule an appointment with you on a weekday between 9 am and 3.30 pm.
To do so, please send us an email at [email protected], indicating which models you are interested in. Our consultants will then check if samples are available, and will schedule the appointment with you.
An engraving or another personal treatment may make jewellery clearly personalised, in which case the statutory cancellation right may not apply where the legal conditions are met and this was stated before ordering.
Where we voluntarily accept a ring with a removable simple internal engraving, £25 is deducted for removal and restoration. Visible or strongly personal treatments are generally excluded from voluntary returns.
This does not restrict statutory rights where the jewellery is faulty, damaged, misdescribed or not made as agreed. See our Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations page for the complete conditions.
In some cases, it is possible to manufacture an order as priority. It mainly depends on the model you choose and the materials. Want to know if fast-track is an option for the jewellery you want to order? If so, please call +31 10-7470000 or email our consultants at [email protected]. Please note that, if your order qualifies for priority, there will be additional costs involved. The consultant will discuss this with you. The following jewellery is excluded from being fast-tracked:
1) platinum jewellery
2) signet rings with stone
3) elaborate models with lots of details
As we offer the best prices all year round, we, unfortunately, do not offer additional discounts.
