UK orders are shipped DDP. Applicable UK VAT and import duties are included in the price shown at checkout, so no import payment is due to the carrier on delivery. Your estimated delivery time depends on the FedEx service selected at checkout and begins after dispatch.
Secure, insured shipping to the United Kingdom
Every DiamondsByMe piece is packed discreetly, sent registered and insured, and delivered against a signature where the selected service requires it. The parcel shows DBM B.V. as the return address; it does not reveal DiamondsByMe or the contents.

FedEx International Economy
FedEx International Economy is the standard UK option for orders under £150. It is free and has an estimated delivery time of 4–6 business days after dispatch. You receive a tracking link after dispatch so you can follow your parcel.
Track your delivery
After dispatch, you can follow your parcel with the FedEx tracking link. FedEx International Connect Plus provides tracking and recipient delivery notifications. Delivery-management options, such as changing the delivery date or location, are available only where FedEx offers them for that shipment; high-value or signature-required parcels may have restrictions.
FedEx Priority (Express)
FedEx Priority is our fastest UK option. It is available as an optional £17 service for orders over £2,000, with an estimated delivery time of 1 business day after dispatch.
FedEx International Connect Plus remains free from £150 upwards, including orders over £2,000. You receive a tracking link after dispatch so you can follow the shipment. Priority is intended for customers who want the quickest delivery; the estimated date remains subject to FedEx network conditions and address accessibility.
FedEx International Connect Plus
FedEx International Connect Plus is the recommended UK service for a balance of speed and value. Delivery is estimated at 2–3 business days after dispatch. It costs £12 for orders under £150 and is free from £150 upwards.
The service includes tracking, recipient delivery notifications and a direct signature at delivery. If FedEx makes delivery-management choices available for your parcel, you may be able to change the date or location using the link in the notification. These options depend on the shipment and may be restricted for high-value or signature-required parcels.
