Secure, insured shipping to Australia
Every DiamondsByMe piece is packed discreetly, sent registered and insured, and delivered against a signature where the selected service requires it. The parcel shows DBM B.V. as the return address; it does not reveal DiamondsByMe or the contents.

FedEx International Economy
FedEx International Economy is the standard Australian option for orders under A$250. It is free and has an estimated delivery time of 4–6 business days after dispatch. You receive a tracking link after dispatch.
Track your delivery
After dispatch, you can follow your parcel with the tracking link. FedEx International Connect Plus also provides recipient delivery notifications. Delivery-management options, such as changing the date or location, are available only where the carrier offers them for that shipment.
FedEx Priority (Express)
FedEx Priority is the fastest Australian option. It costs A$30 for orders up to A$3,260, with an estimated delivery time of 1–2 business days after dispatch.
FedEx International Connect Plus is free for orders from A$250 up to A$3,260. Priority is intended for customers who want the quickest delivery; the estimated date remains subject to carrier network conditions and address accessibility.
FedEx International Connect Plus
FedEx International Connect Plus offers a balance of speed and value. Delivery is estimated at 2–4 business days after dispatch. It costs A$25 for orders under A$250 and is free from A$250 up to A$3,260.
The service includes tracking, recipient delivery notifications and a direct signature at delivery. Any option to change the delivery date or location depends on the shipment and may be restricted for high-value or signature-required parcels.
DHL Express Worldwide
DHL Express Worldwide is available free of charge for Australian orders over A$3,260. The estimated delivery time is 1–2 business days after dispatch. This option applies to shipments weighing 0–1 kg.
The shipment is sent DDP. Applicable Australian GST and import duties are included in the price shown at checkout, so no import payment is due to the carrier on delivery.
